Complete job price bids in most cases 

Bet will offer hour rate of $40.00 per hr. per person

So if its just me working the job for hourly wage it $40 per hour. but if I have help with me its $40.00 per hr for me and $40.00 per hr for how ever many helpers I have with me. I charge a 3 hr min. That means if I come to do. a Job and the job only takes me 1 hr. I charge $120.00 for 3 hr of labor.
